Gernal Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Advance Payment

  • 50% of the total booking amount is required as an advance to confirm the reservation.
  • The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
  • Balance payment must be cleared before check-in.

Child Policy

  • Children below 6 years: Complimentary (without extra bed)
  • Children between 6–11 years: 50% of adult cost
  • Children above 12 years: Charged as adult

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund in case of any natural calamities.
  • Even If the Trip is canceled on the same day as the date of booking then 500/- service charges per person are applicable on the same followed by canceled and cancellation Policy applicable.
  • General Bookings
  • More than 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount retained
  • 15 days to 0 days prior to arrival: 100% retention (no refund)
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, please contact the reservations team.

Early Check-in Charges:

  • Before 9:00 AM – 100% of room tariff
  • 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM – 50% of room tariff

Late Check-out Charges:

  • 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM – 50% of room tariff
  • After 1:00 PM – 100% of room tariff

Wedding Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm and secure your wedding dates at Ecoterra Serene Resort, the following payment schedule applies:

Payment Terms

  • Date Hold Amount:
  • 10% of the total package amount (non-refundable) to block the wedding dates.
  • Booking Confirmation (within 15 days of date hold) :- 25% of the total amount
  • Before One Month of the Wedding Date :- 30% of the total amount
  • Before 24 Hours of Check-in / Event : – 30% of the total amount
  • At Check-out : – Remaining 5% of the total amount

Important Notes

  • Booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving payments as per the above schedule.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic release of the blocked dates.
  • All payments should be made via bank transfer / UPI / Cash approved payment modes only.
  • Detailed cancellation and refund terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation

  • More than 6 months prior to arrival: 30% retention
  • 3–6 months prior to arrival: 50% retention
  • Less than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% retention (no refund)

ID Proof Requirement

  • Guests must carry valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
  • Indian Nationals: Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport
  • Foreign Nationals: Passport & valid Visa
  • Room allocation is subject to management discretion.
